QUICK ANSWER
A facility enables a place to craft; it does not guarantee that every recipe associated with that craft is already learned.
A recipe can be blocked by the wrong output, method, ingredients, tool, facility or unlock. Check those six items in order; collecting more of an unrelated material will not make a locked recipe appear.
WHAT TO DO
Open the exact output first
Start from the item you want to make, not from a broad facility name. Similar names can belong to a raw material, component, finished weapon or camp object. The item page’s crafting relationship tells you which operation actually produces that record.
If several methods produce the output, choose one. Ingredients under method A do not combine with ingredients under method B. Check output quantity before multiplying a shopping list.

Check six gates in order
Confirm the intended output, one crafting method, every ingredient and quantity, required tools, required facility, and recipe unlock. These are different relationships. A tool listed beside ingredients is not automatically consumed, and a facility is not another material to collect.
If the method is not unlocked by default, check the game to see whether your character has learned it. Also confirm that the required camp facility is built and upgraded far enough for the recipe.

WHAT TO DO
Use repair supplies as a concrete example
Chain-Link Repair Kit uses Blacksmithy; Armourer’s Patch Kit uses Armoursmithy; Tannery-Grade Repair Set uses Patchwork Parlour. Blackstone of Harrow’s Ford needs both Blacksmithy and Workshop, and you must learn its recipe before it appears.
Building one of those facilities does not satisfy the others. This is why ‘I built the crafting station’ is still too broad: the output page must identify the exact facility set and unlock state.

Turn the first missing gate into one run objective
After checking every gate, stop at the earliest missing requirement. If the recipe is not learned, more ingredients may not help. If the facility is missing, collecting a later optional material is premature. If one tool blocks the method, make that tool the next search target.
Follow the missing item’s listed sources, but keep source types separate. A quest reward, recipe, possible monster drop and mapped random container are not equally reliable. Random containers and monsters may simply fail to produce the target item.

Check these four things before you leave
- Open the exact output page.
- Choose one crafting method.
- Separate ingredients, tools and facilities.
- Confirm recipe and camp unlock state in game.
One last check before you leave
Check inventory counts, remaining durability, learned recipes, quest progress, random spawns and whether the intended route is open. Doing this before spending materials or setting off can save a wasted trip.
